As a former Paris Bar lawyer and in-house counsel, I spent more than ten years advising clients and teams on legal matters, including commercial and consumer law, contract negotiations and data protection, as well as on process design and project coordination.

Through these experiences, I saw first-hand what really slows a legal department or a law firm down day to day: processes that are missing (or that exist on paper but nobody follows), tools that are useful but underused (sometimes ignored altogether) and valuable time lost on necessary but low-value tasks, at the expense of the matters that genuinely require legal expertise.
I created Noome to help law firms and legal departments structure their operations, optimise their processes and integrate AI and automation in a considered way.
My approach is hands-on, with a strong focus on knowledge transfer. I understand the constraints of legal work, confidentiality, rigour and responsiveness, but also the reality of busy schedules and tools that teams do not always have time to get to grips with, however willing they may be.
For several years I have also been passionate about new technologies, AI, project management and the methods that make work clearer, smoother and more effective.
